Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PF1e Combat Tracker (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. The Service

PF1e Combat Tracker is a web application for running combat encounters in the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game First Edition. It provides an initiative tracker, a bestiary reference catalog sourced from Open-Game-Licensed Pathfinder 1e content, saved parties, and a pre-built encounter library. The Service is provided as-is and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

The Service is operated by Vibing Legends Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (company number 17363538, registered in England and Wales). Registered office: 52 Barrow Point Avenue, Pinner, HA5 3HG, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@vibinglegends.com or through the contact form. “We”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean Vibing Legends Ltd.

2. Accounts; where your data lives

Using the tracker requires an account and an active subscription or trial. You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. The Privacy Policy describes in full what we store and where; in summary:

  • Campaign prep syncs to your account. Your campaign names, saved party rosters, and saved encounters are stored with our database provider and keyed to your account so they follow you across devices, and are also cached in your browser. Deleting a campaign in the app removes its stored copy as well.
  • The running fight stays on your device— combatants, hit points, conditions, and buffs live in your browser’s local storage, unless you use one of the two features below. Clearing your browser’s site data erases it and we cannot restore it.
  • Cloud checkpoints are saved only when you ask. Using “Save fight” stores a snapshot of the current combat with your account so it can be resumed later or on another device. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
  • Live Share is temporary and read-only. Starting a share publishes a filtered snapshot of the current fight so people with your share link can view it; anyone with the link can view it. Stopping the share removes the snapshot at once, and idle snapshots are cleaned up in the ordinary course of the app running (roughly a day of inactivity).

We store this content to provide the Service — to sync it back to you, to serve a share link you started, and to keep the app working. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train anything. Synced data is stored on our providers’ systems and is not a backup service: keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

3. What the Service costs

The tracker is currently free to any account. There is no subscription, no trial period, and we do not ask you for payment details. We take no payment from you at all, and no feature is withheld behind one.

It may not be free forever. We may introduce a charge for continued access in future. If we do, we will tell you in advance, using the email address on your account, and you will never be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe — a price will not simply start applying to an account that already exists. If you would rather not subscribe at that point, you may stop using the Service; your saved campaigns, party, and encounters will not be deleted as a result, and you can export or retrieve them as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you already hold a paid subscription from an earlier version of these Terms, you keep the access you paid for. Contact us and we will cancel any ongoing charge — you should not be paying for something we now give away.

4. Stopping, and your right to cancel (consumers)

Because the Service is free, there is nothing to cancel and nothing to get back: you can stop using it whenever you like, and delete your account from the account menu inside the app, which also erases your synced data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If we ever introduce a paid subscription and you choose to take one, then as a consumer you will have the right to cancel it within 14 days of the day that subscription starts, without giving any reason — separate from, and additional to, cancelling a renewal from your account. If you ask us to start supplying a paid Service immediately within those 14 days and then cancel, you may be asked to pay for what you actually used, in proportion to the full period. We set this out now so the position is clear in advance; it does not apply while the Service is free, because you are not paying for anything.

How to tell us.To close your account, or to cancel a paid subscription if you ever hold one — whichever of these is easiest:

  • Use the account menu inside the app (this also stops any future renewals, if you hold a paid subscription).
  • Email hello@vibinglegends.com saying you are cancelling, or use the contact form.
  • Or send us the model cancellation form below. Using it is optional.

To meet the deadline it is enough that you send your message before the 14 days are up. We will acknowledge it without undue delay, and refund any amount due within 14 days of being told, using the same payment method you paid with. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers it runs on; (b) reverse engineer or scrape the Service in ways that materially harm its operation; (c) use the Service to store or present content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or that infringes third-party intellectual property.

6. Intellectual property

PF1e Combat Tracker uses Open Game Content from the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game First Edition under the Open Game License v1.0a. The full license, Section 15 copyright notice, and Product Identity declaration are reproduced on the Licenses page. Pathfinder and associated marks and logos are trademarks of Paizo Inc. This product is not published, endorsed, or specifically approved by, and is not affiliated with, Paizo Inc.

All other elements of the Service — the code, design, wordmark, and original UI text — are the property of Vibing Legends Ltd. Content you enter in the app (party rosters, encounters, notes) remains yours. Where that content syncs to your account, as described in section 2, you grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and serve it back to you — and, for a live share you start, to show the filtered snapshot to whoever holds your share link.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the rules calculations are error-free, that catalog data is complete or matches every errata, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that locally stored data will be preserved — browser storage can be cleared by you, your browser, or your device at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibing Legends Ltd’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability or (b) ten US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced on this page and the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

The Service is operated from the United Kingdom. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country you live in. Where those laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your own country’s courts, or apply their own law to this agreement, that right comes first. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
